Striving for a perfect shave.
Aqua Velva Ice Blue
After a shave and a cool water rinse, I chose to try Aqua Velva Ice Blue after shave. This stuff really brings back memories of Dad.
It's a medium to heavy sweet scent with earthy under tones. The alcohol content is there, and you know it as soon as you splash it on. Yes, there is some burn, but not unbearable. The scent lingers for some time, as opposed to others that tend to fade quickly.
Aqua Velva is a good value. My seven ounce glass bottle cost under $5. I'll continue to use it.

"A man wants to smell like a man". What more can you say about this classic. It brings me back to my yout'. Generic number shirts, Tough Skins jeans and watching the Pete Rose commercials.
It seems to have a high glycerin content and actually treats my skin pretty well for an alcohol splash. I'll always have a bottle of AV laying around.

Its Cheap, Its Effective, not much else to say.
It doesnt dry out my face but doesnt moisturize it eaither so i gave it a 5. It does have an alcohol sting but the menthol chills it down so its nice ...

This stuff is fantastic. I really like it when mixed with 444ASB for an uber menthol hit.
The scent is ok. However, it does dissipate fairly quickly, therefore not interfereing with an EDT.
I ticked off the Burn/bite as quite high. That is because i like it - the menthol blast!
A first class product.

good after feel
I just this stuff spraringly before I started SRS. Tried since, and I must say it leaves a very nice cooling feeling after a shave. Not as drying as Pinaud Clubman. Can't beat the price, just like PC!
