Packaging looks nice, but the pump is a bit temperamental. If you push down on it firmly then it will shoot across the room, no exaggeration. You have to sort of catch it rather than let it drop into your hand like similar pumped products. Even when I remember to catch/block it, sometimes it splatters on my clothes or around the bathroom. Again, though, it does look nice.

The price is a bit much. And by a bit, I mean a lot. $40 for after shave? I expected it to be heaven-sent, but it is just good. I'm sure it would be great for people with skin allergies, so if that's a concern you should consider it.

Though it's 'unscented," it does have an odor. Not a pleasant one to my nose.

It is nice right after shaving. Pretty cooling and soothing. I usually have to put on two or three "coats" every few minutes or it dries out. Maybe my skin is just too dry for it.

Make no mistake, I'm glad I have it. Knowing what I know now, though, I would have spent the $40 on a few other balms.
