    Default Screwed?

Well I wonder if I got screwed. I orderd a beautiful Grelot from France. It says it should arrive by Nov 9 to 18. Still hasn't arrived. It took a week to ship now the seller doesn't answer my email, even the one in French from google translate. WTH? 100% positive reviews.

Should I keep waiting or ask for a refund?

I would at least start a dispute through ebay. Especially if the seller won't reply to communications. That might get his attention. Do all communication through the bay so that they can see what is what.

Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

That is one thing that makes me get crazy eyes and start ranting type threads. I am ok with mistakes being made. I am ok with being patient waiting for stuff to arrive. I can't stand people who simply stop replying to you once the sale has gone through. I too would start a dispute based on the lack of communication and not just because of timing. I do not remember the time frames in which you have to start a claim, but once it is started you can drag your feet and be patient if you like. There are two eBay sellers that I do not even look at their ads at all. Both because of communication issues with the seller. I refuse to chase anyone to give them money, and if you have to chase them before the sale you will never resolve an issue with them after the fact. I have had more than one razor order that was not as I expected. All but one was easily resolved and it was not a hardship for either party. No response to emails often causes me more stress than the item is even worth.
So my condensed answer is start a claim and hope for some quick communication.

I would also recommend starting a claim if nothing else it will light a fire under the sellers ass.

Not really because I don't think that people having issues with sellers is anything to laugh about also I don't feel I used that word in a derogatory way so it wasn't in need of an lol.

Thanks gents. I'm hoping it still arrives. Better late than never.
Contacted seller again via claims. Hopefully it'll be soon resolved.
Is there tracking for standard postage from Europe? I've not done much business from there. Shipping is crazy! $15 for standard postage.

I do agree that people having seller issues is not a laughing matter. I did find your use of the expression to be mildly amusing, mostly because I was not expecting it and I did not feel that it was meant to be derogatory or mean spirited.

Postage from country to country is a little bit pricey, and the US seems to have pretty good rates within the country and for postage to Canada. Postage from Canada to other countries is quite a bit more than US to Canada and postage from Canada to Korea is double what postage from Korea to Canada is, and postage to France and Belgium form Canada is also very expensive.

Ok I apologize if I offended you with my reply to what you said about my initial reply I seemed as though my initial post offended you by the way you replied.
