    Cool Snagged myself a Thistle

Looks to be in great shape, I am guessing 6/8 at least, and hoping for 7/8

Intact scales and the blade is not pitted/rusted to hell? You hit the jackpot

You know what - I was watching that and had a decent snipe in, but then pulled it as I told myself that Glen is probably all over this so why bother ? And, I was right

Nice score - looks to be in very good shape. I thought it might be a 7/8 as well, but definitely looks to be a 6/8 at least. Pretty rare to find American blades of these sizes.

That is awesome. I can honestly say that I didn't know that it existed. It better hurry, Sunday isn't that far off...
Gugi: it isn't a matter of legaility, it comes down to the fact that I live closer and have a much faster car. Don't worry, I'll leave the ducks.

Maybe you just don't know the sweet spot on that razor.
I wouldn't send it to Glen to be found though. You might get a GD back in the mail.

I had no clue. I have the exact same thistle, with the same style scales, only mine are plain white. Are they that good of a shave?
