Default Cheap Puma? A bit of a gamble, but I've seen the cases make that much.

Won a Puma 10 3/8 on Ebay UK bad pictures but described as "in good condition" hopefully it will clean up OK and it wasn't dear at £10.22 inc postage (about 12 Euros or US$16)

Not a bad price but I can't shave with anything under 4/8 and even that is a PITA. The tangs are too thin for my large mitt. Hope it works out well for you.

Never tried anything below a 4/8 before but get on with them fine.

Yea it's because of the size it went for so little. Once you hit 4/8s many won't use them and 3/8s is more a trim size razor and folks avoid them. As long as you can hold on to the thing it should work out fine.

I've owned a 3/8 before. Cute little things, which feared my 8/8s. It was interesting to shave with and I actually quite liked it. It's nice to try as many sizes and grinds as possible. Enjoy it.

I have had a Puma 3/8, good razor but as Jimmy said it is a little hard to maneuver.

Well its arrived and is in pretty good condition, just a few water spots which I think a bit of metal polish will sort out. I shall hone it but that said its still popping arm hair.

My goodness its small though, but its going to be fun shaving with it.

Well as an update, I honed it on my coticule today and after some effort it took a great edge both sharp and smooth.

I found it rather good to shave with. The size didn't require me to wipe the lather off too often and I found its small size very manoeuvrable. This one will definitely have a regular place in my rotation.
