I checked out the site and once I get going with the shaving I'll definitely make use of that free honing , but unless I am missing something honing is the only service they provide no?

It's not really a company, it's just Bart and a community for people that like to use the Coticule or Belgian Blue Whetstone (BBW) can go to for info on the subject.

I don't know if Bart does any restoration, never asked him

    Welcome!
To answer your questions about purchasing a straight razor from the classifieds... There are lots of members who will ship internationally from the US, and there are also a few members near your area that could be of some help. International shipping for a razor from the US is really not too expensive.

I think the comb like device takes replaceable blades.

but since it obviously seems to fit over the razor you'd be working with a double straight razor then?

    Welcome!

I can give another recommendation for Glen, he puts an awesome edge on razors and I love the restored razors he has on his website.

IMHO the comb attachment seems like a beard trim guide. Since it fits nicely on the blade.

    Enjoy the journey.
