Thread: Introduction

Hello Ladies and Gents,

Call me HigherFasterNow, I'm from Vancouver Canada, and I'm a noob straight shaver. I've been lurking here for about 3 months, carefully pouring over ever scrap of information. I've learn a lot, watched a ton of videos, and I've discovered I have a complete addiction to straight razors and wet shaving in general.
I got my first razor about a month ago, and have been shaving with it ever since, I'm very hands on so I'm not finding the learning curve all that bad. Anyways I'm up to 4 razors now and looking for a 5th. So I decided to introduce myself, place an ad and just say "hi" to you all out there.

Ps... I have one razor that is dull as hell, I've tried honing it myself. But I am of course just learning that. So I was wondering if there was anyone within my area that could help me out?

Welcome aboard. Sounds like your off to a pretty decent start. Check the members map under the community tab and you should be able to find someone near to you. Good luck
