Thread: Fels Naptha Soap shave

In my never ending quest for something new, I tried shaving with Fels Naptha this morning. I received dire warnings about trying this as its primarily a laundry detergent but a mild one. I've used it successfully to eliminate bugs from my plants with no harm to the plants. Anyway, no foaming but it lubricated the skin really well and I got a very close shave with no burn and no nicks. Not going to do it again but just thought to share this with everyone.

I've been told if you take old fashioned moth balls and crush them and rub them on your well wetted skin you will experience a heavenly shave. Also as side effect is bugs will leave you alone, and most women too.
