    Default Greaseless Compounds

Where to get greaseless compounds? Has anyone from the Benelux experience buying them and is anyone else planning to get some?

I think most Americans get them from caswellplating.com but with tax and shipping that could turn out to be pretty expensive.

I also found thepolishingshop.co.uk, closer to home but shipping is still £18.

Bospolijstmaterialen.com I think has greaseless but is a wholesaler.

    Have you tried polijstwinkel.nl ?

If we're talking about the same thing: I found Osborn Profi white polishing paste in a shop in Vilvoorde near Brussels so if ever you're in the neighborhood ...

I have tried mailing polijstwinkel.nl regarding greaseless compounds but they didn't reply. I could try again though. They do claim to be able to deliver any other type of polishing paste not listed in their shop and I think they have greaseless in the picture next to it.

Their shipping cost is 15 euro.

I already bought a range of polishing pastes (iron/steel) at Polierbock, which can be used after sanding razors to 600-800 grit.

Found another possibility: "centre des abrassifs". They have a center near Liège and one near Maastricht. Site doesn't mention prices though so I hope it's also for individuals ...

I had found that website as well, they may have some useful stuff but it's not a user friendly website. There are a few more websites that show pictures of greaseless compounds and polishing pastes but they all appear to be wholesale.

I think thepolishingshop.co.uk would still be the best choice for greasless and polierbock.de for polishing pastes.

After seeing the results of using a custom 7.5 cm sanding sleeves on the dremel at the workshop I plan to expand on that idea and create a custom 7.5 x 2 cm sanding drum bit for my dremel.
