    Such beautiful wood. I bet it has great depth in person - very 'Mokume Gane' like. I'm currently trying to get a Thiers with Buckeye, I think I chose correctly!

    Very nice. I've always wanted an ivory handled brush. Perhaps Rudy is the guy to make it for me. Enjoy yours...that wood is outstanding!

    I have some deer antlers on the way. I plan to make myself one. I will probably make the handle longer than what I usually see. The standard handles are too short to get to the bottom of my G5 scuttle without cramping my hand.

    I'm also thinking about a stand cut out of granite tile.

    That is very pretty. Man that knot really flares out there doesn't it. That thing would make Don King jealous. I bet it holds a ton of lather.
