Thread: What stand for the group-buy Thater?

While I'm waiting on my SRP Thater, I'd like to get a stand that fits and compliments it. Any suggestions?

Robb, that's hard to say without knowing the dimensions of the handle. Also, are you looking for a stand for just the brush, the brush and a straight, the brush and a DE, and what type of material (acrylic or metal)?

Good questions that I hadn't considered. I had originally assumed just the brush: metal or acrylic are both fine. I do shave with a ram-scaled Le Grelot though, so a stand for a brush and straight would be a consideration, too. I guess if the handle dimensions are in question, we need to wait until they arrive to see what will fit them?

I've got a Thater I bought from SRD, and it does not fit any of the acrylic stands I have. I'll have to modify one of those or build a custom one. But you will need to wait until you have the brush to know the size stand you need.
