    Hello eflatminor,
You've done well with that set. Dirty Bird is a fine name in scuttles and lathering bowl. Good stuff.

Here's a pic of GTP GP5, Dirty Bird 1.5, and The Dirty Bird Double.
    That double is a beast!

Update...Dirty Bird refers to their "brush scuttle" (the piece in the center in the pic) as designed "for face latherers". I found tonight that it also makes an excellent vessel to soak the brush while preparing to make uberlather in the shaving scuttle. Hot water below keeps water in the top piece warm while the brush hydrates. Now I can keep my sink bowl clear...I don't have to float bowls or soak a brush. That's a nice advantage, especially when I want want to hit the face with hot water just prior to applying the lather...no bowls to move out of the way.

Also, my uberlather is better than ever in the scuttle. Insanely full, rich, thick, hydrated and smooth...and extra warm...for all three passes. Loving the Dirty Bird!
