I see a lot of Impala and Springbuck horns for sale, but they look hollow so only the tip would be suitable. Antlers are mostly solid.

Actually I believe they are just old Texas steer horn. I'm making two now from Buffalo horn. Those should be completed in a few weeks when I have the time.

Cattle horns are pretty much empty space except at the tips as well. Depends on the horn as to how long the solid part is.

I used to make powder horns for black powder shooters and threw away a bunch of good brush handles I guess. Oh well.
