Default 28mm HMW in Buckeye burl

This brush is for a fellow member, Prodigy. He sent me the material, and I put it together for him. The brush is made from Buckeye burl and the badger knot is a Wet Shaving Products, 28mm High Mountain White badger knot. Definitely a high end badger knot. Kyle wanted me to take lots of pics, so here you go.

Fantastic. Between your work in wood and acrylic and can see myself owning a ton of brushes some day.

Do you have an online photo album of your brushes? That would be cool to see them all in one place. I like your work.

Thanks Mike. Sometimes I think about If both my Gramps' were still around, what they would say. I know both would be happy I'm making good use of their tools, that's for sure. Oh the conversations we could have together over some red wine or maybe my Grandpa Moss' home made beer!!

I'm still saddened that I didn't keep Grandpa Moss' glass carboys and other wine and beer making gear. I was only 17 though.

That is an splendid looking brush, really like what you did with the burlwood, the shape is really fantastic and from the different pictures, it looks like it catches different parts of the wood in different light - beautiful!
