Default FS: Hand-made 5/8 round tip, acid etched finish

This hand-made razor is a 5/8 quarter hollow, forged from high-carbon tool steel and acid etched for a distintinctive, durable finish. The long tang and tail make for a nice balance while stropping and shaving.

The scales are made of tulipwood, finished in tung oil and Briwax. The spacer is translucent acrylic, and the pivot is adjustable.

In case you're wondering, yes, this is the same razor that I listed on eBay last week. The buyer (who shall remain nameless) nicely requested a refund for reasons unrelated to the razor itself. (I hadn't actually even shipped it yet.)

As always, the razor is shave-ready. Just add whiskers.

I'm asking $250 plus shipping. I accept PayPal.

    E-mail me if you're interested.

    Josh

I thought full disclosure was the best policy.

Would anyone be more interested in this one if I offered to reshape the tip to your liking? I'll have to look at it again tonight, but I think I could turn it into a square or spike point easily enough...

That is one sweet razor. Love the monkey tail and the etching.

    Awesome Josh!

Are you going to be doing anything in a 7/8th size?

Love the combination of the long tang and the round point, it makes it look sleek and sophisticated.
