Thread: Any hunters here? Like new Buck Alpha Hunter for trade

I have this Buck fixed Alpha Hunter with walnut handle. It's like new. I never used it and my father took it for a fishing trip once. I don't even think it was used.

It comes with a nylon sheath but there is no box: It came in one of those plastic packages. It still has the factory edge. It is similar to this model, but with walnut.

I'm a noob here, so I would like to trade it for a shave ready straight razor. I plan to get one of Kenrup's kits, but a spare razor would be nice. PM me if interrested.

I could also trade it for a lapped Norton 4000/8000 stone. But I would still prefer a 5/8 honed razor.

Cool knife, but I'd have nothing to use it for...

I had questions about the folder in the picture: I traded it a few months ago. But I still have the dagger and can add it to the trade if you want.

One more try for this:

Looking for a 5/8 razor that is honed and could be maintained simply with a barber hone for a while (until I can afford a Norton stone). I'm expecting something in the 60-70$ range.


*EDIT: I just saw they changed the link attached on the first post. The steel of the Buck is ATS-34.
