Torrey compound grind
I have this Torrey compound grind up for sale. I have never seen a grind like this. I have worked on it til it shines like a new dollar but there are still micro-pits on the blade. I didn't take it any farther than I did because there is not much blade to work with. These pits will not affect the edge in any way, they are more cosmetic than anything. I am not a honemeister but I can shave with what I hone and it will come that way. It has an original case. A very nice rare razor. $67.50 shipped.
Thanks for looking,
SOLD!Thanks SRP!!
Fred
It has 'Old English' in the trough on the front side.

Is it hollow ground or wedge-like on the lower portion of the blade below the groove?
Thanks

Never a dull moment
That's neat, I've only seen drawings of such a grind

There is some concavity, but I would call it a wedge. I hope this answers your question.
