    CJ,

Check out Howard's site The Perfect Edge. He sells the slurry generating stones which he calls "cotiguras".

Don't mean to hijack this thread, but do they make a combo cotigura for combination coticules?
Or do you just use the yellow cotigura? Thanks.

Just use the yellow coitgura on the blue stone and the slurry will end up properly purple.

I haven't seen specially made blue/yellow, but I think last year Randy cut one of his vintage blue/yellow combos into small peices. Also ChrisL had a blue cut in small pieces to use as a rubbing stone on a blue - you may want to check with him if he still has some.
And as Bruce said, you can just use the same one for both sides.
