Thread: round point needed for newbie

I would like to buy a razor or two or three . I've realized I need a round point and 5/8 seems to be a popular size. I have no idea how to hone so I need it honed shave ready, preferably by someone who knows what they are doing. I'd hate to get something and be unsuccessful trying this out due to somebody trying to sell something that really isn;t what it appears.
I was going to buy a new Dovo but see so much stuff flying around here that I thought I would try this route first.
I need to have it shipped to Canada and would use paypal...thanks everyone.
I am also still looking for a strop ....also something decent. I like to get good stuff right off the bat. Thanks
