Thread: WTB: My first hone.

It's time to do my first honing on my Dovo. Been using it close to four months now and it's getting noticably very dull, yet still shaving.

Being as there are so many types and styles of hones out there, I'll let you guide me in the right direction.

If any of you have a hone that would fit my needs please let me know.

If your blade is still in pretty good shape and you do not need to re-establish the bevel, then you may be able to do just fine with a yellow coticule. Howard at The Perfect Edge has some pretty reasonable prices.
