Default FS: Geo. Wostenholm & Son Genuine Pipe Razor

Here's another one I've not got to just yet, and so have decided to put it up for sale here, along with two other loose blades coming after this post..

I have a 5/8 hollow ground George Wostenholm & Son "Original and Only Genuine Pipe Razor" as etched in the blade, I'm not sure what material the scales are made from, but as you can see they have been nibbled at by something or other, the scales are very decorative, featuring the busts of Victoria and Prince Albert. The spacer is lead, and apart from the scales as can be seen, the blade is in excellent condition with a really keen edge and a mirror finish. Obviously it's aimed at those who collect the pipe razors and have the ability to re-scale them, but it's a nice old razor and could even serve as first razor even with the nibbled scales - since they are functionally still more than fine.

I'd like $50 which includes the shipping from SA, but am open to an offer as close to that as possible. SOLD - Payment Pending.

Please note: in SA we can't receive money via Paypal - But we have a very secure equivalent called Setcom. I've sold to 6 SRP members without any problems, and they've all said the transaction was easy and pain-free. So please don't stress over that..
I know the guys I've sold to will back me up..

Good luck with the sale. I picked one of these up recently and it's my absolute favourite shaver, very easy to hone too (at least mine is).

    Great deal for someone.

Nice scales - seem quite unusual. I think on ebay razors with such scales go for quite a bit...
    Congratulations whoever got it.
