Default FS: Paddle strop, barber hones, Belgian blue, digital voice recorder

It's time for another Josh Earl firesale...

    Tony Miller paddle strop--$40 SOLD!!!
This one is really hard to part with. It's a Tony Miller paddle strop, made out of maple and covered with honey brown cowhide. One side is lightly pasted with chromium oxide, and it puts a wicked edge on a blade. The strop is about 12" long and 3" wide.

    Edlis barber hone-- $20 SOLD!!!
I bought this hone NOS off eBay last year. It includes the original box and instructions, both in excellent condition. The hone is in mint condition, except that it's been lapped. It's a medium-fine hone, and it puts a nice shaving edge on a blade.

    Barber's Choice hone--$15
This was the first hone I bought; it came with a couple of razors in an eBay lot, I think. It's also a medium-fine hone. I actually prefer the edge it creates over a Norton 8K edge. It's also lapped flat and ready for use.

    Belgian blue 1.5x6" hone--$30
The Belgian blue is my favorite mid-grade hone. It's technically rated at 4K or so, but it produces a smooth edge that you can shave with, although it pulls a bit. It's most effective as a setup hone for a finishing hone like a coticule or Japanese natural. I've honed a couple of hundred razors on this hone, and it's hard to let it go. But I just got a bigger version for my honing bench, so this one would just be collecting dust.

    Digital voice recorder--$45
This voice recorder is an Olympus DS-2, which was a top-of-the-line model a couple of years ago. It is in near-mint condition, as I take good care of my stuff. This recorder sells for around $70 on eBay now. Includes all the original accessories.

Buyer pays actual shipping costs. I accept PayPal. PM me if you're interested.

    Josh

I had posted the recorder on eBay, and I pulled the photos from the listing. Good catch.

The hones and strop are all sold. I might relist the recorder in the NEW classifieds (thanks, David!).
