Description: I have for sale a NOS 6/8 C.V. Heljestrand razor. As many of you know, Heljestrands are very highly regarded. This razor will not disappoint. The blade is FLAWLESS - no scratches, no stropping marks, no hone wear, no rust, and no faded stamps. I'll let the buyer sharpen it. The only issue is that the scales are slightly warped near the wedge, thus not allowing the blade to close fully. I think it's a minor issue for a razor in this condition.

I'd like $160 shipped CONUS/Canada; extra for beyond. Payment by PayPal only; no eChecks please. Thanks.

As stated in the description, the blade is flawless but the scales are slightly warped.

English, no the blade isn't bent. It's that one of the scales is slightly warped making it so that the blade isn't 100% aligned with the scales. When trying to close the blade into the scales you just need to be careful as to not hit the edge against one of the scales so you only have to be very careful when closing it. That's all.

I can vouch for Telly's offerings. Always top notch and exactly as advertised.

I'm sorry but the picture says the blade is bent. Just look at your photo.

I'm not saying I don't believe you. I actually wanted to buy this but the photo's show my eyes that the blade is bent. The second photo just confirms the bend. I'm not looking at the scales. Sorry but ......

Sale Pending...

No offense taken.

I guarantee that the blade is not bent. Hopefully, these photos show it a little clearer.

It must be the camera lens that puts the curve. Sorry for hijacking your sale.

Fabulous looking razor by the way and good luck to the buyer. Very rare to see one that's like new.
