Agua Lavanda, Puig
Gentlemen,
One of the most refreshing colognes I have found through the years is Agua Lavanda, Puig. The cologne has been around from this Spanish house of fragrance producers for quite a while.
Agua Lavanda, Puig has a pleasing fragrance of dry lavender with notes of clean and delightful soap and power. It's quite masculine. Supposedly this was one of Frank Sinatra's favorite colognes. That's not why I had been looking for it. I had used it many years ago.
The stuff is out of stock in most places. The Spanish site La Tienda carries it. I finally found it available at jbktrading.com for about $8 for 3.5 mm flask glass bottle. First Perfume carries it as well. There is also Agua Lavanda splash, which comes in big plastic bottle, so don't mistake the two. The splash is fine, too, and I already have it. I wanted the cologne in the green flask bottle, however, and ordered two bottles.
If you like a light and refreshing cologne with notes of dry lavender, soap and powder, something that is pleasant all day and throughout the year, you might like Agua Lavanda, Puig. The fragrance has an average life span, which is a good reason to splash it on several times a day to pamper the senses.
Regards,
Obie
