Default Joseph Rodgers & Son goes Bocote

Cleaned this oldie up and she turned out to be a beauty. Hard to imagine sometimes that razors with way over a century worth of history can turn out pretty much like new.
Bocote scales with silver/brass washers with brass pin.
Nice subtle smiley edge and spine. Blade takes a really nice and sharp edge.
Healthy 1/8 hollow Joseph Rodgers & Son, Cutlers to their Majesties, N°6 Norfolk Street, Sheffield.

    Enjoy.

I like the look of the lines on those scales Max, Very clean work !!!!!
The wood in those pics looks almost more like Bocote' rather than Cocobolo, was it a super light colored piece???? I like the look, I just, have never got one that light colored....

Hehe Alex and I both, thinking the same I see

Looks good Max. The Bocote almost looks textured like deer antler.

Those look great. You had a really nice piece of wood to use for scales. They compliment the blade nicely! Congrats!
