    Default Greaves & Sons ~ T-Rex ~ 'EnglishGent"

Let me first start by saying I have rarely seen such a heavy monster. That's why I dubbed it the T-Rex! The blade itself weights in just over 3 ounce only.

I also rarely envy anyone but this time around I wished this T-Rex was mine!

Jeremy aka 'EnglishGent' (and a fine chap he is!) had send me this Greaves a while back with a no rush, take your time message. You'll notice by the pics the razor wasn't looking any good at all especially coming from sunny Florida. There was also a 2 mm chip.

I went to work on the razor in between all my other projects and low and behold, the Vegas sunshine seems to have a better effect then Florida. Must be the low humidity.

Jeremy also wanted the faux tortoise and I had pretty much 'carte blanche'.

The results are in the pics I would say.

Jeremy, hit the gym, start pumping iron and eat your oatmeal, cause I gotta tell you, you'll need some heavy triceps power to handle this beast!

I for once will have a full shave with T-Rex instead of the usual stroke shave test before going back to the sunshine state.

    Enjoy addie!

What's the size of the blade man?

the shape of those handles reminds me of a cigar kinda, good thing this isn't mine, i'd start shaving in the evening while smoking, and drinking. very dangerous.

    Excellent work as expected!

You did wonders on that blade, and those scales are fantastic.

I love the lines of those scales! The three pins emphasise the size of the blade. Gorgeous work. Your faux tortoise is very popular right now. It looks fantastic, but i'm beginning to worry that it's popularity will end up endangering the faux tortoise too.

Great work as usual Max. I love the triple pins at the wedge.
