recieved this beauty in the mail yesterday, my 2nd Max special in both cases as excellent as his pictures are the razors look better in person, just stunning the attention to detail as well as the fit, finish and balance,

oh and thanks for the name Glen -"White Knight" I like that

Can you explain what the scales are made of? This razor I think may be one of the coolest things I have ever seen.

These scales are made of G10 which is layered with 2 different colors. G10 is a fiberglass-reinforced resin material. It is produced by continuously inserting glass woven fabric with an epoxy resin binder under high pressure while forming a sheet, It's well known for the use of printed circuit boards and used in many of the electronics.

Stellar work as usual.

In the first 2 pics i almost lost the blade in the background it has such a good finish.
