    Simply stunning!
    I'm sure my Henckels aspires to look like that when it grows up.
    Numbers have me stumped too.. I've got the same 42 1/2 on mine.

    +1 for shoulderless blades. Myself, I'm partial to a simple set of scales, but there's no denying a beautiful job well done.
