    Default WOW !!!!!

    Really a true velvet squeegee....

The shave this morning was exceptional, I hadn't shaved all weekend and the "Wizard of Whiskers" (it got a name) just made them vanish into thin air..

This is an edge that I would love to send to all those gents that preach that there is such a thing as too sharp... The edge is Wicked Sharp, in fact in the top 5 that I have ever produced on my hones, but the shave is like silk, not even a sting from the alum after ATG on my neck....Edges like this are what make me so sure that nothing can be too sharp, if it is done right...

Thanks Butch, I know it was hard work to get one so fine but,,, it rocks !!!!!

Nonsense! I am a firm believer that edges can be too sharp... the only way you'll convince me otherwise is to send me that razor and prove your point

You are there Butch, I would not push it any more, in comparison you are very close to a Wonderedge or a Craftsman, the only ones I have seen thinner are some of the C-Mon's and a few Hess razors...

Gugi actually has one, a Frank Hess XX Special in the same Abalone scales, that I did for him, that is about the finest ground blade I think I have seen or honed...
