Thread: Restoration from Revisor Straight razors

I just got my 2 razors that i sent to Thomas from Revisor for a full replate of my Puma Gold and a touch up on a C-mon Cadillac.

Sorry about the Pictures, i've never been a very good photographer so do excuse the poor quality photos as they definitely do not show the amazing job that Thomas did with the replate of the Puma Gold.

It was a pleasure to work with Thomas and all his colleagues that helped out on this razor.

It took a bit of figuring out to replate the black and then the gold but some how he managed to get it done.

When I get a custom made I could send it to have gold wash done!

I have a Schulze with an almost identical goldwash to that Puma

yea, Thomas did a great job.
I nearly gave up hope on replating, there were several guys around my area that thought they could do it but in the end it just proved too difficult with the black and gold.
