    Arrow Friodur 15/16 G10 silver twill + Königer Rondinella 15/16 G10 tiger stripe

    Worked on some of the big boys.

    The Friodur 15/16 scalloped back got turned into a straight end and mirror polish. Scales are G10 silver twill and wedge is tapered G10 hunter orange.

    The Königer got a restoration as it had some rust and blemishes but it all turned out looking like new. Mostly greaseless from the 80 to the 600 grit followed by black/white and green rouge to give the razor that final sparkle. Scales are G10 tiger stripe with tapered black/orange G10. The Rondinella inlay got transferred from the old warped scales.

    Both took an amazing edge. The Königer reminds me of a mix between the Palmera 14 and Filarmonica 14 Doble Temple. Both in look as in the way they shave.

    Great work, Max! The tigerstripe looks even better now that you have the inlay transferred! Having seen it in person, I know the owner will be ecstatic!

    Every time I see posts from Max or Glen, and then get to the picture section, I'm blown away. It's both impressive and humbling at the same time. In one hand I look at these beautiful razors and am in awe. In the other, I realize how much more I have to learn.

    Regardless.....I love looking at the photos of razors, and these two are just sick!

    LOVE what you did with the Rondinella!
    Can't say I care for the silver tweed g10, but it is definitely neat stuff... has a lot of depth to it.

    The work is impeccable, as always. I am sure someone is going to be very happy!

    The scales on the Königer or the most beautiful scales I have seen in a long while. Something about them really floats my boat. Very nice work on both razors.

    Both prove Max's good work, but the Rondinella really stands out to me. Very nice





    Maybe even as nice as two Snickers in one afternoon
