Default three different blades in g10

Here are three different 5/8" blades done in g10.

All scales shaped with the faces and edges rounded out, sanded with micromesh up to 12000 and then polished. Hard to tell in pictures how shiny, but last image added to show the reflection off the blade spine and the scales as you might see.

Pinned the bright orange and green with nickel rods and stainless washers. Brass washers and rods on the red. All washers domed. All wedges in white g10. Didn't want to go too flashy on the bright ones, and white just looks nice on red I think.

The Toxic Green one is a Boker half hollow, round point. There is some etching on the face and that was left. Back side polished out.

The Hunter Orange is a Pipe razor quarter hollow, spike tip, and polished both sides.

The Red George Wostenholm & Son near wedge, notched point, has some etching on show side of blade that was left, rest of pits taken out, and polished.

The razors came to me sanded. Most of the pits were take out, but still took through greaseless and compounds to get rid of some more pits and polish.

I really like the rounded contours of the red one.

Hope you don't mind me asking but where do you get the domed washers?

I use a doming a dapping kit. You do loose much of the curve placed on the washers once pinned, but I like how the edges of the washers remain curved slightly.

They all are #0 washers. The stainless on orange and green are from Microfasteners.com .Orange scales is the narrow stainless they offer. The green is the 'standard' stainless. The red is is brass slightly smaller OD than the the Microfastener offerings. Can't recall where from. I'm always picking up washers where I can find them, lol.

What I use is like the below image, even available from Amazon.

A really nice series of pics. The Hunter Orange is my fav set of scales, especially on that pipe razor!

All fine razors. I can't decide which I like more, I think you have done a fabulous job on all of them. Thanks for sharing.

They look fantastic!! I haven't worked with G10, but if you keep posting beauties like this, I will be compelled to buy some to try. With my DIY DNA, I just won't be able to help myself.

Huh, what's that sound? Oh, sorry, just the sound of my wallet opening again. You are killing me!! :-) :-)
