Thread: A first effort

First effort. The somewhat stained and pitted blade arrived without scales. The only label is “WEDGE”. The new scales are tortoise shell celluloid. If well done, I originally planned to offer it on eBay. NO WAY. It turns out that this may be the best shaver I have. I get an excellent one pass shave with the grain. I may sell my "named" brand razors and purchase more “wedge” razors that need fixing.

That turned out quite nice! Really like the tortoise shell. The only critisism I might have is that it looks a little long in the wedge end...but thats just my opinion Good work!
