Default "Boehler Steel" restore in custom lucite scales

I just finished this restore and scale this morning. The blade needed the edge straightened out and some corrosion removed but she turned out pretty nice.
Has anyone ever heard of this razor? It's got M. J. Solinger Germany under the "Boehler Steel" Best Quality.

Can't help with the maker but the steel & location of manufacture speak for themselves.
Is the heel as close to the bottom of the scales as it looks in the last pic or is that a shadow. ?

It's an optical illusion because of the curve on the edge of the scales. The polished lucite is like a magnifying glass and makes it look that way.

I got the blade sharpened up, honed, and shaved with her yesterday. I don't know much about this razor but brav-freakin-o to the maker, that was the smoothest and closest shave I have ever had. It even smoked my W&B Barber's Use!

I tried doing some more searching on info about this razor. I think the metal is from a company in Austria but that is all I have found so far. If anyone else has any info please help.
