Default What are you listening to?

I just downloaded the new Arcade Fire album, "The Suburbs." For those of you that are familiar with Arcade Fire, I have to say that this album is very, very good. It's not "Funeral," but it is better than "Neon Bible." To me, Funeral was the best album of the last decade. This is just my opinion of course.

"Suburban War," track #9 on "The Suburbs" is worth the price of admission alone. Amazing song!

I don't listen to much of arcade fire but I'll have to check out the album since you recommend it.

Lately I've been listening to a bunch of my older albums. Lots of yeah yeah yeahs. The raconteurs/white stripes. Metric. Stars.

Alot of stuff all over the place but I don't listen to much radio so I don't know what's new or good lately.

At the moment I'm mainly listening to the new Dream Theatre album, Chickenfoot and Creed: Full Circle.

I've also had some older style power metal on like Gamma Ray. Then just the usual mix of Arch Enemy, BLS, Firewind, Shadows Fall, Steve Vai, Paul Gilbert, Joe Satriani and so on..!

Mahler is good, but I prefer Chopin.

Right now, my favorite shaving music is The Black Keys.

I have a Guttermouth CD in the player but it was skipping so I changed to the oldies station, the last song that played was that America song about deserts and horses. I was listening Johnny Cash Live at Folsom and Agnostic Front Live at CBGB before the Guttermouth. I have a long commute so music rotation is frequent.
