    Tuna sandwich Malta style.

    Italian bread
    Tuna
    Mayo (lots of it)
    Salt and pepper
    Olives
    Capers
    Pickled cucumbers
And another slice of Italian bread

    Served with a Guinness.

Dang, I know what I'm making for lunch! That sounds great!

Monte Cristo. With turkey and melty cheese and happy egginess I have trouble not drooling. Oh and the sweet bursts from the fresh golden raisins.
I love it made with my raisins from my grapes and my bread recipes. Add in my farm fresh eggs that my chickens laid this morning. Gawd I wish I was home today.

Call me old fashioned, but I really love a chicken parm or meatball parm.

There is nothing better than a good Rueben on rye, damn all of those that skimp on the corned beef and kraut!
