    Smile Favorite sandwiches

It was time to start a sandwich thread:
I got this one on Malta.

    Tuna sandwich Malta style.

    Italian bread
    Tuna
    Mayo (lots of it)
    Salt and pepper
    Olives
    Capers
    Pickled cucumbers
And another slice of Italian bread

    Served with a Guinness.

    Buttered & grilled Rye bread
    Sauer Kraut
    Thousand island dressing
Grilled talapia (Grilled over hardwood and charcoal)
    Swiss cheese

Served with home made potato chips w/ malt vinegar.

This is obviously a different take on a reuben sandwich, but it is wonderful.

Didn't know this was my favorite till I had it at a Jewish Deli in Chicago 3 weeks ago:

    Slice of rye bread
    Stack of corned beef
    Slice of rye bread
    Stack of pastrami
    Slices of swiss cheese
    Slice of rye bread
    Layer of chopped liver
    Slice of rye bread

Gentlemen - my world changed forever!

As a kid, I used to eat ham and peanut butter. I tried it again as an adult. What the hell was I thinking?

Peanut butter and sweet pickle relish. My mother wasn't much for cooking, but that one stuck with me.
