    Sounds good.
    Try roasting your chilies over an open flame till they blister, Stove works hold them with some tongs, then toss them into a bowl covered with a damp hand towel for 15- minutes to steam then peel. Rough chop half of them. It will give your chilie a nice smokey flavor and another layer.

    The other thing I do is, over brown your pork, cook it until it is almost burnt, dark brown in color. You will have to brown your Onions separately or they will burn. Remove your Pork and drain off most of the fat. Then brown your onions, Deglaze with beer or chicken stock and add it to your chilie pot. Just another flavor layer.

    Try some New Mexico chilies they are in season right now.

    Spoon it over couple of over easy eggs with some home fried potatoes, a handful of hot corn tortillas and a hot cup of coffee. Oh man, what a way to start a day or end one.

    Man i love chili when i make it i use venison steak chunks instead of hamburg and lots of onion and peppers. good stuff,
