    Default T-Shirts

In the summer, I just about live in T-Shirts. I have been wearing Carhartt T's for a couple years now and love them. They are like the old heavy cotton T-Shirts I remember as a kid.

Anybody got any other good T-Shirt recommendations??

    Have fun,

I've always been a fan of the Fruit of the Loom pocket tees. They are usually nice and cheap, about $4.

I've had good luck with Dickies T-shirts. They used to be available in local stores but not lately. Hanes used to make a good T but not now IME. Fruit of the Loom is too thin for me. You get what you pay for. Recently got some off brand at Sears because they were there. I'm going to look into some of those Carhartt Ts. When I was an ironworker the old Carhartt bibs and coats were the default for us back in those days. Along with Red Wing wedge sole work shoes.

For an outer T, I can't imagine it gets much better than Carhartt. For undershirts, I'm also a Fruit of the Loom fan.

I've been about the same size since high school (I'm 3 years out of college now), so I've not bought new shirts in a long time. While I was in middle school and high school, my mom traveled a fair bit and as a sort of tradition, she typically brought me home a Harley shirt. As a result, I have a very extensive collection; the majority of my T's are HD.

I've been buying lands end T's for years now and they have been quality items but the last batch I got were different and have not held up. Time to look for something else.

Walls makes a work shirt now & is made of the thick cotton, about twice as thick as a Hanes or Fruit.

I don't get to wear tshirts often but the Jersees ones are a nice hot weather one. Not thin and wimp but not stifling hot.

Have any of you tried the duluth trading post shirts? I like the anti-plumber butt thing they have going on but have yet to order one.
