Who else likes to smoke cigars while flyfishing while tasting single malts while shap
ing bonsai while all-grain brewing while pipe smoking while bicycling? Moving here a few months ago helped. I can hone a blade or two, tie a fly and still make it to the river before the evening white fly hatch. And on the occasional weekend, brew, sip or quaf, garden, mow.....
Picture taken before i drove the Deere into the river. It was slippery, what can I say (no damage done). Carp was caught behind the house in April's flood!!
Ain't life great; love reading what you guys are into.

what Dad calls me
I grew up along a river when I was a kid, what a wonderful place to be, a whole world of adventure no matter what the boys age happens to be.

This boy is about to turn 60 and damn if I don't enjoy every second of it...like a kid (who has access to good beer, scotch, cigars and fly rods I couldnt afford as a kid!). Hoping its an endless summer.
