Thread: FDA and Cigars...Support House Bill H.R. 1639

Earlier this year the FDA was given authority to regulate tabacco products. Just last month, the FDA asserted it's authority to regulate "other tabacco products" including premium handmade cigars. Unless action is taken quickly, the FDA is planning on starting their timetable for such restrictive regulation this October...follow this link IPCPR -- Retail Tobacconists and Consumers!
