    Default A little SoCal surf fishing

    Hello,

    The halibut fishing slowed down the last few weekends so I put the kayak away and pulled out the surf rods. Fishing was decent and the weather was perfect. We fished the last two Saturdays from 4:30PM to 7:30PM using squid. All fish lived to fight another day.

    Sweet! What a way to spend a quiet evening. Must be nice to have the luxury to just drop down to the beach and wet a line.
