    Default The Radical Pinecone

    Hey guys, I just finished up this knife today. Its a Norway Pine cone that has been encased in silver pearl pearl tinted acrylic and slabbed. After slabbing it for the knife I thought I could do the same thing again for a set of razor scales.
    Please don't bust me on the pins, I have to give them a little more attention. The scuffs did not appear until I snapped the pics....

    I was just kinda curious to here what you guys thought about that as an idea for razor scales?

    Oh and yea I really wanted to show it off because I thought it was way to cool not to.

    Love the idea for the scales would go perfect with that 7 day vintage set we talked about

    The pins are scuffed !!! I can;t see the scuffs but I'll take your word for it.

    Darned pretty knife. The slabs are beautiful and I bet they would make wonderful razor scales. For a deluxe blade of course.

    i love the way it comes together it would make great scale for a razor. you did this or did you find them.

    The pinecone scales are really cool. I had just been researching stabilized cones 2 weeks ago. Glad you found a way to get the stuff into the cone.
