Thread: A plea for razors and strops for the SRP giveaways.

Hey guys and gals I am getting low on razors and strops. If any of you want to donate razors or strops for the SRP giveaway send me a PM and I will send you my address.

Also, I will take any other items that you feel that you don't need. I have plenty of soaps.

Many of the items that I have received from members has basically been a form of payback for what they have received from the SRP forum such as help from others and our friendly staff of admin and moderators, better than usual quality razor items from the classifieds etc.

Actually I have quite a bit of soap but still need leather strops and razors.

This contest is to help out all the new guys and the community as a whole. In the spirit of Christmas every member who donates something for the monthly SRP give away will be entered in a drawing for a prize that is yet to be announced but will be very nice (David is lining up prizes as we speak) Just send your contributions to Str8razor and you will be entered into this drawing. Ok, the SRP server upgrade thread is awesome if you haven't read it. Maybe this isn't the place to ask this, but it gives me an idea.

Can we do the same thing for the giveaway that we're doing for the server upgrade?

I donated to the server cause. I'd like to donate to the giveaway. Since there's a lot of soaps to give away but not many razors I figure if I could chip in $5/month the giveaway would not just be good, it would be GREAT!

I can't afford a Wacker to donate to the giveaway.......nor could I get something on eBay, send it out for restoration and donate it that way. But I could give a little cash every month.

Just a thought.
