    Default Turkey Time Again

All the staff here just want to wish everyone a great time on Thanksgiving day here in the U.S (or wherever else your celebration might be).

If you don't celebrate Thanksgiving have a Turkey Sandwich anyway.

I watch a fair amount of US news shows that come via my pay tv company and I've recently been introduced to the concept of deep frying a turkey. I can honestly say that I would have never considered that.

You will love deep fried turkey, thats all we have done for at least the past ten yrs,
Is to die for, just be carefull. do not ask me how I know this, but DO NOT wear berkinstocks whilst deep frying turkey
The oil is sort of spendy with using 4 gals, but clarify it by making a batch of potatoe wedges.
Pour back into the container the next day,I put it in our chest freezer and use it over again for at least two yrs.
