Thread: Only 6 months till the SE GATHERING!!!!!!

Well folks it almost that time again!!!! only 6 months till the SE GATHERING or the World Razorcon as we dubbed it last year. Time to start making plans to have time off and arrange for rides to the Carolinas. Those of you that were here last year know first hand know how much fun we had last year and all the quality razors that were there foe sale, trade and as prizes. Those of you who weren't just take a look at all the pictures to get some idea.

the dates will be the same the first weekend in June! the place will be the same and we are working on having razor vendors as well as some of the sponsors that we all love here. So plan now or be sorry you missed it in June!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely we will be updating this thread as news develops, but now is the time to start making plans to attend. don't wait till the last min. only to have life get in the way.

Putting faces to names/tags was incredible. Everyone added some sort of extra (Shaving, honing, lapping, stropping, tightening pin demos). Not to mention seeing those custom razors and unique hones!

The list is too long to thank everyone. I would just ask to come on down to our little neck of the woods and do it again!

I can't wait. I've already planned to get away for the weekend. Nothing better than beer, razors, and good company. I just hope there will be more in attendance this time around.

I will attend again for certain. Ashville was very interesting. The wife and I enjoyed our stay very much.

I won a puck of the SRD Lime shaving soap and it is still going strong and the best shaving soap I've ever owned (and yes, I've tried practically everything)

I will have to bring domestic beer with me this time though, as Ashville only has three bottles of the stuff in the entire town.

I still have nightmares though when all you guys went into the shaving room to shave at the same time. It looked like 40 guys in there all wielding straights!!

Can someone PM me details my wife loves Asheville so it would be a fun trip for both of us .
