Sounds awesome. I have a thread running following my first restoration and use of paint sticks for custom scales. I'm not sure if there are going to be any other new comers aside from myself, but I'd be happy to bring some of that stuff and go through the process. What do you guys think?
Im down I missed the last one. count me in.
David
me too! I'm in.
Stations could be a cool idea, but then folks would have to choose between them and can't catch it all. We could do segmented times for each "topic" then have a free for all at the end where people can branch off. It seemed to work last time.
Whatever we decide, we need to film some more stuff this time. Stephen! Where is he...? If anyone has a camera, speak up and we can try to get video of honing or whatever. If we can get an internet connection this time we can try for the live feed, too.
have cheap camera with good vid quality, will film for razors![]()
If you guys don't mind a newbie watching over your shoulders, I would love to come along. My interest right now would be to learn basic stropping/honing. Being a newbie, I don't really have too much to contribute, but can offer to help with setup, or something.
It's looking like Sunday would be better for me, if that has any bearing. Saturday will probably be family lunch or dinner, so I'd only be able to attend for part of the meet.
If it's a Sunday and in Manhatten I may be able to make it as well. PM me with a date and location.
Thanks
