Thread: WNY Spring Meet May 14-16

Hi everyone, this is a thread to start getting out the info for the WNY Spring meet. We can do an all weekend one like we had last fall or we can keep it to a day or two depending on interest. This meet coincides with a local festival with arts/crafts booths, plenty of food options and a small midway. Partners/significant others are welcome to attend the meet and stroll through the festival. Not that big, but it can be interesting. Bands on Friday and Sat night with fireworks on Sat night also. I will post the link to the festival once everything is updated.

Tenative Schedule

Friday May 14th.- Casswell plating trip in late moring/early afternoon for those interested in Buffing equipment and supplies. Late afternoon activities can include show and tell, introductions for new attendees. and whatever else we get around to. Dinner of course

Sat May 15th- Doors open at 8 with breakfast and then getting into honing/buffing interests depending on needs

Lunch is whatever we can throw on a grill

2 PM parade time!! We camp out on the front lawn to watch the largest parade in Wayne County. If raining, we hang out on the porch.

after the parade, normal razor activities will resume.

Dinner will probably be ordering in Pizza and wings, contributions welcome.


Sunday doors open at 8 with breakfast. General hang out and trying to finish up projects or answer questions that have yet to be addressed.

Come for one day, two days or all 3. For those who are coming in out of town I will post links to some local places to stay. We should be able to put a couple of people up if you don't mind sharing a room.
