to move or cause to move rapidly to and fro
(used of a tongue, jaw, or chin) talk, esp. in order to gossip or spread rumors
wag 2 |wag| noun dated
a person who makes facetious jokes.
ORIGIN mid 16th cent.(denoting a young man or mischievous boy, also used as a term of endearment to an infant)
While wagging a blade is not exactly the right verb for shaving, the "to and fro" action is just about right, and although gossip is not always our way many of us have been known to (at least figuratively) wag our tongues, and since rakishness is something rampant at SRP, I think it only appropriate to name this group the Wade & Butcher Wag-Blades.
