Hey guys, knives have always turned me on, and food just naturally followed behind. I worked at a high end country club restaurant in high school. It taught me lots about food, and cooking. Since, I have a family that I enjoy cooking for everynight. Great idea to start up this group.

Hi just joined this group. Sounds great, i hate fast food but love good beer and good food done at home. Nothing better, hope i do not offend any of the pros here, i do enjoy a good meal done for me. Looking forward to it all.
